My Background
Welcome! I am a trained behavioral clinician, specializing in the treatment and assessment of various mental health disorders and psychosocial difficulties, including anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, and trauma. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness-based treatments in adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
My practice consists of multiple treatment modalities based on the individual's unique treatment needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)- Mindfulness, Strength-Based, and Solution-Focused approaches. I have worked with individuals from many cultural backgrounds, as well as with LGBTQ individuals, giving me an enriched understanding of diversity, gender, and race.
My husband and I moved to sunny California in 2017 to be near our children. I look forward to meeting you and working with you on your journey toward better mental health and wellness.
